Field Trip to Ebert's
June 19, 2010
We will travel by Able Trek Tours coach bus to Ebert's Greenhouse Village in Ixonia. The bus will leave Reedsburg from the Chamber/Depot, 240 Railroad Street at 7:00AM. There is ample parking to the rear of the building off of Walnut or Park Street. The bus will stop in Baraboo at Pierce's (far corner from the stores) approximately 7:30AM and proceed to Ebert's, where we will tour the site, receive a presentation on gardening for the birds, and shop. Whether or not to bring lunches and eat on the grounds, or eat in Watertown will be determined by how many people sign up, and will be announced to those who have signed up about June 14. After lunch we will travel to Honey Acres in Ashippun for a self-guided tour of the grounds before returning to Sauk County. We should return to Reedsburg by way of Baraboo about 7PM.
